Questions

Credit Cards and Deposits

Will your Company name appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?

Yes. The name that appears on your Credit Card Statement differs depending on where you live. If you would like to clarify a certain transaction, the helpful staff at the Casino Cashier will be more than happy to assist you.

My Credit or Debit Card deposit was declined. What should I do?

If this occurs, be sure to check that the address on your casino account matches the one on your Credit Card account or Bank Statement. The home address, street number, and zip code are particularly crucial in making sure your deposit goes through.
My deposit has been declined even though my Credit Card has sufficient funds.
Due to security precautions, Visa and Mastercard sometimes decline deposits even if you aren't at risk of overdrawing from your account. This is not a unusual occurrence with US residents. Oftentimes there are special security measures that prohibit certain transactions from outside your country.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do should this occur. However, please feel free to contact us to learn more about our different depositing options.

Why do I get a Fax Confirmation Message when I try to deposit?

Visa and Mastercard require your written authorization of deposits at or larger than 1250.00 per Credit or Debit account. By clicking on the "Fax/mail confirmation form", your completed information will appear. All you need do is print it out, sign it, and fax or mail it to our payment processor with a scanned copy of the front and back of your Credit or Debit card.

Why has my electronic check deposit been declined?

Before making transactions, please make sure that your address, telephone information, and the last four digits of your Social Security number match the ones supplied to the Credit Bureau.
We also have a limit of transactions you can make using Electronic Checks within a twenty-four hour period. However, as your deposit history grows, you acquire more limits.

Can I raise my Credit/Debit deposit limit?

Yes. Security precautions dictate that we limit the number of transactions from each Credit or Debit card. New members are allowed up to three transactions throughout each twenty-four hour period. This limit increases as you become a full fledged member.

Can I raise my Electronic Deposit limit?

Yes. For new members, our Electronic Check processor allows three transactions per twenty-four hours with a maximum limit of $500.00.
For additional deposits, allow us to suggest creating an account with Neteller. (www.Neteller.com) As your membership with us grows and flourishes, not only do your deposit limits increase, but you also can make more deposits from your Checking Account with your Debit card, provided it's a Visa or MasterCard.

Will I have a waiting period for Electronic Check deposits?

No. You are allowed to begin playing as soon as you make your Electronic Check deposit. However, you may experience a slight delay with your cashouts until we can confirm that your check was paid for by your Bank.
